The problem with broken projections, people, and parties is that they are like analog clocks. They can still be correct twice a day.

As 2020 is a year of extreme politics, extreme journalism, extreme heat, and wishful thinking your analysis may be correct.

2020 is also the year that the first children born after 9/11 will be eligible to vote.

They are creative, resilient, passionate, and involved in politics like it is the 1960s.

These young people rock out to k-pop, are comfortable in basements, and are the most diverse generation of Americans ever.

If they have to choose between Obama's Vice President or four more years of Trump, the choice is obvious.

Trumpt's greatest legacy may be tearing down the old order built by the boomers to clear the way for whatever comes next.

Unless every non-biased analyst of polling is wrong, Trump loses in a tsunami.

Reelection bids are always about the person in office. He is far more Carter than Reagan. Unless he can find a way to steal the election his fate is sealed.

We will see in November which of us is right.

Maybe I will apply for some of your jobs as an op-ed columnist if my predictions are sounder.
