I like this article more than your earlier one. The question remains where to invest. If everyone pulls out of the market then it crashes. Having a diversified portfolio is key.

My family's preferred strategy is to invest in rural property with agriculture or forestry potential in the North East. It is a great inflation and climate hedge.

Some Adirondack farms sell under the banner of New York feeding New Yorkers. Given that the western agricultural model has a major water problem in drought prone areas, it seems like a great idea.
